Bulin 47 AI Videos ("we") turns one photo you upload into a short AI-generated freestyle video. This policy sets the rules for what you may upload and create, explains how we moderate content, and tells you how to report a problem. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the service you agree to it.
Bulin 47 AI Videos is an unofficial fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their labels or TikTok.
- Photos you upload: one photo per video. The person in it must be you or an adult who agreed to be in the video (section 2.2).
- Your choices: there is one effect, "Bulin 47 Freestyle". You cannot type your own prompt. Every video is made from a fixed prompt that we wrote.
- Generated videos: the AI videos the service creates for you: 15 seconds, vertical 9:16, with sound. They are generated with the ByteDance Seedance 2.5 video model, accessed through Kie.ai.
You may not upload, generate, request or share any of the following six categories of content:
- Pornography or sexual (NSFW) content, including nudity and sexually suggestive content.
- Graphic violence or gore.
- Hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or similar characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content, including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits a minor.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: videos of a real person made without their consent, or videos meant to deceive people into believing something a real person did or said. This includes trying to make a video that looks like Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or any other artist.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: photos you have no right to use, and content built on characters, brands, logos, songs or clips that belong to others.
We act immediately, close the account and may report to the authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, for:
- any sexual content involving a minor;
- non-consensual sexual or intimate deepfakes of a real person;
- content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence.
Only upload photos you have the right to use:
- photos of yourself;
- photos of other adults who have agreed to be in the video.
Do not upload photos of minors, of celebrities, artists, politicians or other public figures (including Bulin 47 and Kevin Wai), or of anyone you want to harass, embarrass, threaten or mislead people about.
- The service does not use the original Bulin 47 x Kevin Wai clip, the original song or any original audio. The beat and the verse in each video are newly generated and original.
- The service never recreates the face or likeness of Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai. Everyone in the video other than the person in your photo, including the friend with the speaker and the crowd, is AI-generated and is nobody real.
- Presenting a generated video as real footage to mislead people. Our videos are AI-generated; if you share one, do not claim otherwise.
- Presenting a generated video as official content from, or endorsed by, Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their labels or TikTok.
- Using the service to harass, bully, threaten or defame anyone.
- Trying to get around our limits or safety checks, for example with manipulated files, automated access or multiple accounts.
- Uploading malicious files or interfering with the service.
We use several layers. No system catches everything, which is why reporting (section 4) matters.
- Fixed prompts. Users cannot write free-text prompts. The effect uses a prompt we wrote and reviewed, so the service cannot be asked to create sexual, hateful or otherwise prohibited scenes through a prompt.
- Upload checks. Uploads are limited to JPG, PNG or WebP images up to 4 MB, and photos are stored privately. Next to the button that starts every video, we state that by pressing it you confirm that the person in your photo is you or an adult who agreed to be in the video, and that you will not use it to mislead or harass anyone. No video starts without that confirmation.
- Automated safety checks on input and output. Every request passes through the video model provider's automated content moderation, which checks the request before generation and the video after it. Blocked requests produce no video, and the credits held for them return to your balance automatically.
- Usage limits. Each account can run one video at a time and a limited number per day, which limits bulk abuse.
- No public gallery. Photos and videos stay private in the account that made them. We do not publish user videos.
- Human review. A member of our team reviews every report we receive, and we look at accounts that trigger repeated blocks.
If you see a video made with Bulin 47 AI Videos that breaks this policy, or that uses your photo or likeness without your consent, email support@bulin47aivideos.com with the subject "Report". Please include:
- a link to the video or where you saw it, or a description of it;
- why you are reporting it;
- if it shows you, enough information for us to confirm that.
Report anything involving a child immediately. We keep the identity of people who report confidential, and we review every report independently. Reports we find to be knowingly false may be ignored.

Depending on how serious the violation is and whether it is repeated, we may:
- warn you and ask you to remove or stop sharing content;
- delete the content from our storage;
- pause video generation on your account;
- suspend or permanently close your account; credits on an account closed for a violation are forfeited and not refunded;
- report the matter to the authorities and cooperate with them, which we always do for child sexual abuse material.
If you think we acted on your account by mistake, email support@bulin47aivideos.com with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it, and we aim to reply within 10 business days.
We may update this policy as the service and the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will update the date and, where appropriate, let account holders know by email.
